Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@shopklevr.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: beauty tools, skincare, and personal wellness devices.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
